First Packo horizontal milk cooling tank arrives at new home.
Following on from our post late July our first Packo Milk Cooling Tank was moved from its temporary location on farm to its final position outside the new farm dairy in Karaka, Auckland. Plumbing and electrical was completed and commissioning was scheduled for the end of the week by Benny Zaman of Packo, who has flown down to NZ for the occasion.
A week later the 15,000L tank is unwrapped and commissioning is underway. Benny from Packo and Kelly from DCS installed the agitators and wash-sprays and tested all the electricals.
